These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Drogul Slavic Women website located at drogul.us and all associated services, including messaging, video chat, matchmaker consultations, and credit purchases (collectively, the "Service"). By registering an account or using any part of our platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms in full. If you do not agree with any provision, you must discontinue use of the Service immediately.

Drogul Slavic Women ("Drogul," "we," "our," or "us") operates as a licensed international marriage broker under United States law. We connect marriage-minded Western men with verified Slavic women through a safe, transparent, and professionally managed dating environment. These Terms are designed to protect both our members and the integrity of our matchmaking community.

1. Eligibility and Account Registration

To create an account on Drogul, you must meet the following eligibility requirements:

• Minimum age: You must be at least 18 years old. By registering, you confirm that you are of legal age in your jurisdiction to enter into a binding agreement and to use adult dating services.
• Truthful information: All information provided during registration and profile creation must be accurate, current, and complete. Misrepresenting your age, identity, marital status, or intentions is a violation of these Terms and grounds for immediate account termination.
• One account per person: Each individual may maintain only one active account. Duplicate or fraudulent accounts will be suspended without notice.

As an account holder, you are responsible for:

• Keeping your login credentials (email and password) confidential and not sharing them with any third party
• Maintaining an accurate, respectful profile that reflects your genuine relationship goals
• Using the Service solely for lawful purposes - specifically, to seek genuine romantic connections and marriage-oriented relationships
• Notifying us immediately at [email protected] if you suspect unauthorized access to your account

You are fully responsible for all activity that occurs under your account, whether or not you authorized it.

2. Prohibited Activities

You agree that you will not:

• Engage in fraud or deception: Create fake profiles, use stolen photographs, impersonate another person, or provide false information to other members or Drogul staff
• Harass or threaten others: Send abusive, threatening, sexually explicit, or intimidating messages to any member or staff member
• Post offensive content: Upload or share material that is obscene, discriminatory, hateful, defamatory, or that promotes violence, illegal substances, or exploitation
• Solicit money or gifts: Request financial assistance, loans, wire transfers, cryptocurrency, or gift cards from other members under any circumstances
• Commercial solicitation: Use the platform to advertise, promote, or sell products, services, or external websites - including competing dating services
• Engage in illegal activity: Use the Service for any purpose that violates federal, state, local, or international law, including human trafficking, money laundering, or immigration fraud
• Circumvent security measures: Attempt to bypass our verification system, spam filters, anti-fraud tools, or any other technical safeguards implemented to protect our community
• Scrape or harvest data: Use automated tools, bots, crawlers, or scripts to collect member data, profile photos, or any content from the platform without explicit written authorization

3. Intellectual Property and User Content

Platform Intellectual Property

All content on the Drogul platform - including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, photographs, audio clips, digital downloads, data compilations, software, and the overall design and arrangement of the website - is the exclusive property of Drogul Slavic Women or its content suppliers and is protected by United States and international copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or commercially exploit any portion of our platform content without prior written consent from Drogul.

User-Generated Content

When you upload photographs, write profile descriptions, or submit testimonials, you retain ownership of your original content. However, by posting content on Drogul, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free, transferable license to use, display, reproduce, and distribute your content in connection with operating and promoting the Service.

You represent and warrant that any content you submit is your own original work (or that you have obtained all necessary permissions), does not infringe on any third party's intellectual property rights, and complies with these Terms and all applicable laws.

4. Payments, Credits, and Refund Policy

Drogul offers both free and paid services. Our paid services include Premium and VIP memberships, credit packages for messaging and virtual gifts, and optional add-on services such as dedicated matchmaker consultations and romance tour coordination.

Key financial terms:

• Credit purchases: Credits are purchased in packages ranging from $9.99 to $149.99 and are used to send messages, initiate video chats, and send virtual gifts. Credit balances never expire once purchased.
• Membership subscriptions: Premium ($29.99/month) and VIP ($79.99/month) memberships renew automatically at the end of each billing cycle unless you cancel before the renewal date.
• 30-day money-back guarantee: All new paid memberships are eligible for a full refund within the first 30 days for any reason. Unused credits purchased within this period are also fully refundable.
• Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings or by contacting [email protected]. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period - no lock-in contracts.
• Refund processing: Approved refunds are processed within 3-5 business days and returned to your original payment method.

5. Limitation of Liability and Disclaimers

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

• Drogul does not guarantee that you will find a romantic partner, receive a specific number of matches, or achieve any particular dating outcome. Relationship success depends on many personal factors beyond our control.
• Drogul is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service, including loss of data, revenue, or anticipated profits.
• Our total aggregate liability to you for any claims arising from or related to the Service shall not exceed the total amount you paid to Drogul in the 12 months preceding the claim.
• Drogul is not responsible for the actions, behavior, or statements of other members - including potential matches, whether online or in person. We strongly recommend reviewing our Safety Tips before arranging any in-person meetings.

6. IMBRA Compliance, Governing Law, and Disputes

IMBRA Compliance

Drogul operates in full compliance with the International Marriage Broker Regulation Act (IMBRA). In accordance with this federal law, we:

• Provide required disclosures to all foreign national members regarding their legal rights
• Collect and disseminate background information about U.S. clients as required, including criminal history and marital history
• Ensure informed consent from both parties before sharing personal contact information
• Limit the number of fiancé visa petitions that can be facilitated for any individual U.S. client in accordance with IMBRA restrictions

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States and the State of Delaware, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any legal action or proceeding relating to these Terms shall be instituted in the federal or state courts located in the State of Delaware.

Dispute Resolution

Before filing any formal legal claim, you agree to first contact Drogul at [email protected] and attempt to resolve the dispute informally within 30 days. If informal resolution is unsuccessful, both parties agree to submit to binding arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association (AAA) under its Consumer Arbitration Rules. You agree to arbitrate on an individual basis - class actions and class arbitrations are not permitted.

7. Account Termination and Contact

Drogul reserves the right to suspend or permanently terminate your account at our sole discretion if:

• You violate any provision of these Terms and Conditions
• We reasonably believe your account is being used for fraudulent, abusive, or illegal purposes
• You fail to respond to verification requests within the specified timeframe
• Your account has been inactive for more than 24 consecutive months
• We receive credible reports of harassment, threats, or unsafe behavior from other members

Upon termination, your right to access the Service ceases immediately. Any unused credits or remaining subscription time may be forfeited if termination results from a violation of these Terms. If your account is terminated without cause, you are entitled to a pro-rated refund of any unused prepaid subscription fees.
